Automatic Packaging Machine

FFP2 masks are packed here fully automatically piece by piece. The OK parts are transported to the packaging machine via a conveyor belt.​

Seperation of OK Parts and NOK Parts

NOK parts are automatically detected and rejected before packing. This is how we automate in Europe. This makes the restart of the line after change-over highly efficient, for example.​

Reel-up Fabric Waste

The automatic winding of the fabric waste at the end of production ensures a tidy working environment. The reeled coils are much easier to handle in the recycling process.

Automatic Position Correction

For optimum production results, the X and Y positions of the fabric are permanently monitored and automatically corrected if necessary. In this way we avoid NOK parts.

Quick-Change for Wear Parts

All wear part components have special quick-release features for replacing them in a very short time to reduce down times of the production line.

XENIOS® System Control

Our internally developed XENIOS^® control system provides all information on the operation of the machine as well as additional evaluations. A W-Lan module and a tablet computer provide access to all control elements and information around the production line.

Process Monitoring

We constantly determine the quality of the production process. The target and actual values are permanently compared. If a tolerance is exceeded, the corresponding mask is marked and is later rejected as a NOK part.​
