Stäubli Preferred Partner Award

As part of the Stäubli Group's 125th anniversary in July 2017, an award ceremony took place for a select group of systems integrators in Bayreuth, Germany. Looking back on a successful partnership spanning over ten years, XENON was awarded the prestigious Stäubli Preferred Partner Award. The criteria for this award were not so much focused on the number of Stäubli robots purchased, but rather on the diversity of innovative applications in different fields.

Infineon Preferred Supplier Award

Infineon Supplier Day was hosted in Munich in October 2014. XENON Automation has been awarded a prize in the category of High Power Semiconductors Equipment. A key factor in this decision were the many years of successful cooperation between XENON and the Infineon plant in Warstein, Germany.

BMWi's 2012 NoAE Innovation Prize

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and and Energy has hosted its fifth NoAE Innovation Awards. Event organizers include the Network of Automotive Excellence (NoAE), the ministry of economics in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), and EnergieAgentur NRW. The winners of this year's competition in innovation were announced under the banner of "ideas and innovations for international cooperations and projects". XENON Automation came out ahead of 270 competitors with its 3D-MID production line for the NoAE Innovation Competition 2011/2012 in the category of "material and production".

XENON - Saxony's Entrepreneur

XENON Automation has risen to become a global supplier of high-tech automatons, expanding its personnel even as revenues were down during the financial crunch of 2009 and 2010. The third-place award in Saxony's Entrepreneur of the Year competition is intended to honor XENON managing directors Tobias Reissmann and Dr. Hartmut Freitag, in particular for the company's cooperative and staff-friendly work environment as well as its commitment to the Dresden Location.

Innovation Award by the Free State of Saxony

Ever since its founding in 1990, XENON Automation has been one of Saxony's most innovative developers of specialized machinery. In years past the company has already competed successfully for the Innovation Award by the Free State of Saxony in Germany. In 2011, XENON placed second for its development and deployment of a versatile 3-D assembly line for motorcycle switches spanning multiple industries.

Award for family-friendly personnel management

The winner was announced in December 2007 as part of a festive ceremony in Chemnitz, Germany. The finalists included XENON Automation for its exceptional efforts to promote a healthy work-life balance for families. XENON has consistently advocated for working conditions that leave room for the personal needs of all employees. The award for family-friendly personnel management is the first of its kind by the Saxon state ministry of economics and Labor.

"So geht's aufwärts" business award

XENON founder and managing director Dr. Hartmut Reissmann was proud to accept first place in the 2004 annual business award under the motto of "leading the way forward". The company is grateful to receive such recognition for its successful development. In 1990, Dr. Reissmann launched his business with 11 coworkers. Now in the year 2004 there are already 80 employees working in the company, as revenues and personnel have grown steadily over the years.

Innovation Award by the Free State of Saxony

In 2003, XENON Automation teamed up with an engineering firm, Hagedorn, to develop a dye-recycling system for the "Apollo" DVD bonder. The German state of Saxony has now honored this innovative achievement with its Innovation Award.

"Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" award for SMEs

The German "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" is an important business award for small to mid-sized enterprises in Germany. The jury considers a company's overall performance, regional engagement, modernization and innovation efforts, creation of jobs and training opportunities, service quality and customer-friendliness. XENON Automation was shown to excel in all of these points, earning it the coveted title of Germany's "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" winner.
